Frequently asked questions
What happens after I get in touch?
You get a reply from a senior QA engineer, not a sales sequence, within one business day. We'll ask a few questions about your product, your stack and what's worrying you, then propose a small first engagement with a clear scope and price. No discovery-call theatre; if we're not the right fit, we'll say so and where possible point you somewhere useful.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before seeing anything sensitive: yours or ours, whichever you prefer. Test cases and automation we write for you are yours, and if testing involves user data we'll agree a data-processing arrangement first. This paperwork usually takes a day, not weeks.
Do you only work with UK companies?
No. We're based in Bristol and work with customers around the world; most collaboration happens in your issue tracker and asynchronously, with calls where they're genuinely needed. UK business hours overlap usefully with both European and US East Coast teams.
What do you need from us to start testing?
Access to the product (a staging environment or test build), a couple of test accounts, and ten minutes of context on what matters most commercially. A written spec is helpful but not required; part of our job is noticing where the product and the intention disagree. From access granted to first bug report is typically a day or two.
